Jason Holladay, Co-Owner

I am a native of Lauderdale county. I grew up in the Clarkdale community and continue to live there today. I graduated from Clarkdale Attendance Center in 2000, and Mississippi State University in 2004 with a degree in Fitness Management. I graduated from The University of Mississippi School of Health Related Professions in 2009 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have been privileged to serve my hometown and surrounding areas since 2009 providing physical therapy in a variety of settings including outpatient, home health, workforce, and acute inpatient rehab.

I have been married to my wonderful wife Phyllis for 16 years, and we attend Jones Chapel Church of God. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as much as possible. My hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, exercising, and sports.

Daniel Lagrone, Co-Owner

I am from Toomsuba, MS, where I grew up and now live with my wife, Lauren and our three children, Jake, Peyton, and Avonlea. After graduating from Sumter Academy in 2001, I attended MS State and earned a Bachelor's degree in Forestry/Wildlife Management in 2006. In 2009, I decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy and successfully completed my degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012. Since then, I've had the privilege of working in various settings, including outpatient, hospitals, home health, workforce, school systems, and skilled nursing facilities. It has been a rewarding job, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help many people overcome hardships in their lives. I'm inspired by the hard work and determination of my patients as they overcome hurdles to achieve success. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my family. My wife and I have been married for 17 years, and we're excited about what the Lord has in store for H&L.
